1. Agreement to Terms
By using the PrivateMile Dispatch suite (including route planners, driver applications, client tracking panels, and automated ETA alerts), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop service usage.
2. Driver Tracking & GPS Logs
PrivateMile processes driver location updates, routing telemetry, and vehicle speeds to calculate live ETAs. You must obtain all necessary employee consents before installing driver companion apps on active courier mobile devices.
3. Handoffs and QR Proof of Delivery
Our systems offer cryptographically verifiable proof of delivery. We do not assume liability for customer-driver disputes, handoff errors, or packaging losses that occur during transit.
4. Uptime & Service SLA
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on logistics API queues. Offline dispatch modes are supported locally inside active mobile caches, but requires data uploads sync once internet connection resumes.
