1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Distrx ERP Wholesale suite, including cloud modules, invoicing ledgers, and automated logistics handoffs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Accounts and Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and credentials.
3. Subscription Tiers & Payments
Our flat rate tier is billed at $500 per month in advance. Custom wholesale setups require customized contract SLAs defined in writing. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon under signed SLAs.
4. Data Sync and Database Availability
While all companion applications run with 100% sync databases, you acknowledge that availability is subject to hosting parameters. We do not assume liability for temporary sync lag or offline operation limits outside GA boundaries.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
