This website uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. It keeps your light or dark theme choice, and it loads our live chat, which keeps what it needs to continue a conversation with you. DistrX.io itself keeps you signed in.

2. What this website stores

• Theme: your light or dark choice, in your browser’s local storage under distrx_theme. It never leaves your device.
• Live chat: every page loads the chat widget from orbit.distrx.io in a frame. It stores an identifier for your conversation so a reply can find you, and it is told the address and title of the page you are on, the width of your window, how far down the page you have scrolled and whether the pointer leaves the window. It reads nothing else from the page. What you type into the chat is sent to our team.
• Book a demo: the form on /demo/ is served by orbit.distrx.io in a frame. What you enter is sent to our team when you submit it.

3. What the app stores

• Sign-in: a session that keeps you signed in to DistrX.io and to the ordering portal. It is required for them to work.
• Preferences: settings such as your theme and the warehouse you work in.
• Offline copies: the rep and driver apps keep the customers, prices and orders they need on the phone, so they work without a signal. They are removed when you sign out.

4. Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser’s settings. Blocking them on this website turns off the remembered theme and may stop the chat from continuing an earlier conversation. Blocking them inDistrX.io will sign you out.
