By using Orbit Conversations, including website chat widgets, email syncer, WhatsApp API endpoints, SMS tunnels, and AI Copilots, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue usage.
2. Communication and AI Copilot Usage
Orbit provides automated conversational assistance powered by AI. You are solely responsible for all chat content sent, verified, or auto-replied using our platform. We do not guarantee AI prompt accuracy.
3. Platform Services & Limits
Orbit operates on flat billing limits. Integration APIs (like Twilio, WhatsApp business) are subject to external fees, which are separate from Orbit's license subscriptions.
4. Prohibited Behaviors
You agree not to use Orbit to send spam, bulk promotional links without explicit consent, or contents containing malicious code, phishing templates, or explicit/harmful scripts.
