No. It takes the routine reorders off their plate, so reps can spend their time growing accounts. Portal orders can be credited to the customer’s rep.
Can customers see each other’s prices?
No. Each customer only ever sees their own prices, orders and invoices.
Can I hold portal orders for review?
Yes. Send them straight to the warehouse or have them wait for someone in the office. Credit limits and holds apply to portal orders exactly as they do to every other order.
